I’ve been working my ass off for this company for 12 years with the assumption my hard work and 160% efficiency would land me a salary job at a desk with less health risks. I stepped up and said i needed to advance my career or I would be making my resume available to the job market. I was told I am MUCH TO VALUABLE on the shop floor and if I got an office job i would become too much of an expense cause I would no longer be bringing in any profit. I literally worked myself into an endless job.
