Cons to sending an email to management within my company after being fired?

I work in recruitment for a large Fortune 500 company. I know many of you guys here hate recruiters, I’m at the point where I do too. If it makes you think any better of me, my management doesn’t like me because I don’t harass or lie to candidates in the way they want me to. Because of this my management has had me on a PIP since April and I’m starting to feel like this is the very end. One of the last times someone in my department left, they left voluntarily, and cc’d everyone high up in their resignation calling out my management. When my supervisor and I were on better terms, she alluded to the fact that email had caused a lot of inconveniences for her. Mainly because my management was under the microscope by their management. I found myself inspired by that and want to do the same when it is my time to be let go.

I work remote so I don’t know these people irl. Nor is my plan to necessarily tell anyone “fuck you,” but to outline everything wrong with my department for all my managements management to see. A big problem is my management has implemented policies that don’t work and anyone who questions them is on their chopping block. I want to outline how much they have been detrimental to employees and the organization due to their ego problem.

I don’t think I would get any recommendations from them regardless and I can get a recommendation from coworkers. I’m not very active on LinkedIn either. My first name is generic and I’ll be changing my last name soon anyway. I know this could have implications for the next job or at a future employer but I really want to do this.

Has anyone here ever done this? How bad could this affect my future? Could this impact my ability to receive unemployment? Just looking for input. Thanks 🙂
