When the job starts you are given an intro of how amazing, efficient and employee friendly the company policies and it's management are, only to later find out that you have to come to office this weekend again for the 3rd time in a row because the project timeline estimates by the company's big shots were wrong again, but the deadline is fixed!
When pressure tactics stop working on you so your manager starts to straight up insulting and shouting at you over calls and in meetings, but instead of helping you the HR tries to explain to you how you are in the wrong and should listen to higher-ups.
And when you get fed up and want to resign, the cherry on top is that you can't because there are 6 more months left on the bond you signed when they hired you?
