This is my first time posting so please guide me in the right direction if this sub isn’t for me. I live in Texas. I work at a company, but I am currently on a final warning before getting fired. At this point I WANT them to fire me so I can get unemployment for awhile. Since I am in Texas, if I do a No Call/No Show just for 1 day, would that be ground for termination since I’m already on a final?
