Started a new job 90 days ago and had a review of my onboarding period. Got 4/5 on all categories. Some I could understand but on 'timeliness' my 4/5 was confusing, as I had been in 5-10 min early every day. I asked about it and was told '5 is reserved for management'. Time to put in 4/5 levels of effort if that is the highest rating I can get.
