Context: I work as a tech writer, with manuals, SOPs, FAQs, etc. Log in to see an email this morning: Hey Vagrant123, can you update this manual? A customer is requesting it. I look at said manual. 60 pages long with over 14,000 words. Dated 2002, so it's been 22 years since anybody has made any changes to this thing. Look at follow-up email: Customer would like this by next week if possible. Zero explanation of changes they would like made, plus I already have a ton of other things to work on.
