What do you think of this, is it just hoping to get to interview or is this the expectation now? as recruiters do you handle them differently?
Background: This is my first time on the 'other' side of the recruitment process and am struggling to understand what to do about Applications where the entire thing is entirly AI generated.
For consideration: 4 of the top 6 scoring applicatants are wholly AI generated (1 partially), checking these found several inconsistencies so we are likely to remove 3 of them.
