So our agency decided to make us come to the office 1 day every 2 weeks for just 4 hours minimum. I usually work 4 10s and take Fridays off. Now I'm being forced in on Fridays as my day in. So there goes my flexible schedule that they were so proud to discuss during interviews. I've been here 3.5 years, we've been fully remote since I started and the agency has had the highest levels of productions in its history since going remote. I asked to be moved days so I could maintain my current schedule and they have refused. Totally sucks.
