I got work injury resulted in mild concussion (last Saturday and I'm still recovering), and my manger acts like nothing happened! no accommodations applied (ER note said to take more break if I have any symptoms) and I wasn't allowed to do so, actually some days I don't take all my breaks, I work in a restaurant.
And today my manger got angary when I said I won't be able to carry all the boxes (40lb) for the restocking, I mean I REALLY still have some symptoms, but they aren't enough to let me take the day off, however they are enough to apply some accommodations at least, usually I won't argue but because this was work related injury (someone else fault).
P.S: I can't take days off because I need the salary, and I don't even know if they will allow me to do so.
