I'm not sure if this is the correct place to vent but I need to say this I hate co workers who are older then me but have less experience in the area then I do I work in a meat room for a industrial scale kitchen I'm the 3rd longest person there (so there's 2 people who have been working longer than me) there's been 2 new hires but they show me no respect am I in the wrong for expecting them to at least listen to what I know indeed of constantly ruining to the manners?
