So at my company we have 30 minutes automatically taken out of our time for lunch. If we do not take a lunch we submit a punch for 30 minutes after we leave to compensate for the time lost. Today our boss said we have to clock out no matter what even if we do not take a lunch and they are keeping the 30 minute punch out on our time. What should we do? How do we report this?
