Should the Gov. set up an official job board website for the state and federal level?

So I enjoy spitballing ideas on anti-work simply to hear different takes and the like (Plus it also is good to spread knowledge to some people on things they may not know have changed for the worse when they initially fight an idea) and I had a random idea hit me, but what if the (Referencing the US here) there was an official state website where employers that were required by law to do fair hiring practices had to post job openings and give priority to applicants from there for interviews and hiring instead of indeed. It would mitigate the ability for a lot of these places to pretend they didn't know someone couldn't work legally (Arguably depending on the situation it could even work as coverage with proof that the state made a mistake) Since it would likely include any information you'd like to include for the purposes of…

Since it would likely include any information you'd like to include for the purposes of fair hiring (Disability, age, gender, ect.) it would allow for certain pings to pop up for a company that may need investigation.

Make sure they're actually hiring people or be subject to fines among closure of business if it proceeds past a certain point. The ghost job situation is drastically doing real damage to our economy.

I know a lot of people are against the idea of Gov. stepping in on things and I am indeed included in that. However when you're talking about things that only exist on paper as far as consequences go (Businesses where excs. fuck up and never go to jail or see a pay cut, only the company loses money) it seems to be the main answer to that.
