I have this coworker who is rude to me constantly. He'll intentionally call me my twin brothers name (he has never met him) & I started totally ignoring him when he'd try to get my attention. Apparently he had a task he needed me for since he wasn't strong enough to do it himself but I ignored him because he was calling me the wrong name. He almost hurt himself trying to do it alone & started yelling at me after & shouting my last name to get my attention. I calmly looked down at him & said “That's wild, I'd never talk to someone who could kick my ass like that” & just walked away. Some of our coworkers heard & laughed.
He reported me for threats of violence & I had to discuss it with HR, I explained how factually what i said was true, I don't talk to people like that let alone someone who can clearly kick my ass, ended up getting a warning for unprofessional language; he got demoted, final writen & moved to another department for harassment & bullying.
