It's really a big story but i will try to keep it short and understandable.
I got hired by service company to their client and the client is very big company. so before applying i asked is there a qualification barrier as i do not have a degree but skill wise i can keep up. the HR said it's fine no problem. I applied gave 3 rounds of interview in client company. after 2 days got selected too, they mailed me joining letter with required documentation and it has qualifications required till degree, which i texted the hr i am in contact with she said it's ok send what you have, i sent. then i joined on the joining day, induction happened and at that timee another Hr it was she said if anything let me know i will be in contact, i said ok next day she asked me send me all the qualifications i said I don't have as i told the other HR. she said it's mandatory to have degree. then i said I don't have and asked, i can continue to work right? no reply since then. it seems not at this case.
I don't have a job i left somewhat ok job for this amazing one. now nowhere to go.
