I live in a sober living home that's Christians based. The owners of the program and home also own a dairy and they funnel all the guys who move in to work at the dairy for 13/hr cash off the books and they take half of their earnings for rent every Friday (The regular people who work there make 19/hr). I got a job not to far away in town and I've noticed a change In there attitude towards me and other guys who didn't wanna work at the dairy. Is this conflict of interest legal??
