She did it again. And I don't think I can take it anymore.
I write reports. Every week we have meetings that need to have reports. Once a month, we have a huge meeting that needs a huge reports.
My colleague didn't have time to do it before I went on vacation, so I wrote it. She previously complained that I wrote too little and didn't pit any effort in it, that I needed to provide more context, more détails, etc… she rewrote above all of my report, completly erasing sentences to rewriting exactly the same, in another order (like, I wrote “X happened due to Y”, she completly erased it and wrote “due to Y, X happened”).
I wrote this report with hers right next to it to copy her style and forms. I provided more context. I copied her sentences.
I went on vacations.
I came back today, and she completly erased my report and wrote above it. She erased the context I provided. She putted unsure hypothesis, which I took blame for previously for writing.
Now, she complains that she had to rewriting everything again.
I am so done with this. I want to tell her to piss off, but I'm on contract, and she literally decides if I stay or not. She can rip me apart to her manager and he could say that I'm not à good fit anymore for the mission and let me go.
I want to stay on that mission as long as I can, before a new one begins in one year or two (a very famous one in my country). I want to gain enough experience in that mission, because it looks like the one I'm targeting.
But I'm so done with how she treats my work.
