I work 4 days, but due to health reasons, physical and mental as I am disabled, I want to go to 3 days. Company policy states the minimum required hours is 24. He says he isn't going to let me because he can't and needs me and he promises he's trying to hire people, but I can also resign if this is a problem, which doesn't add up. The company is wholesale and starts with the letter C.
I only have a single manager due to working at a logistics location, the other was fired for kidnapping, anyways… do I escalate this to HR? Cause I'm not working 4 days anymore and he is going to continue to schedule me 4 despite me telling him not to.
