I didn’t even realize till halfway through that OP was actually the red text. This is absolutely unhinged telling someone else they shouldn’t leave at the end of their shift regardless of how busy it is. Also saying their plans aren’t important in the grand scheme of things…like Domino’s profits are?!?!
I get feeling flustered from being short staffed when it’s busy, but to take it out on another employee (even the manager) is just completely misplaced.
EDIT: after posting I checked OP’s page to see they also posted an update. Unlike what they originally said they didn’t actually quit, rather they contacted the owner and got the GM fired…for leaving when they were scheduled to leave.
God I wish we had solidarity in this country.
