Employer won’t provide copy of contract (UK)

I need some help. I work for a dancer club in the UK, and registered as self-employed. I signed a contract when I started working but every time I ask for a copy i get shut down with various bullshit reasons. I don't get paid hourly, but I get paid for dances and VIP time with a client. The management gets 40% of my earnings there. If I'm signed up for a shift and can't make it due to sickness they lowkey threaten to fire me, and even if the club is dead, I am forced to complete the entire 10 hour shift. However because I'm self employed I have no idea what my rights are in this situation, like, is there any legal protection for me, can I report this to the Employment Tribunal?

These are some things my manager said when I asked for a copy of the contract

None of this job seems legal to be honest, but yeah any advice is appreciated
