I said it from the beginning. They were going to start letting people go for BS reasons and hire people at lower wages.
My husband who voted against the companies interest was let go today. They can now terminate you at will. The reason for letting him go you may ask. Complaining about the working conditions since they got rid of the Union.
**Edit: Since I guess maybe I didn’t write it correctly, my husband who is Pro Union voted against the company asking to remove the Union. He voted “against the best interest of the company”. If you read my previous post, you’ll see the company letter they sent when they asked truckers to “trust them”.
