Hi, English is not my first language so, please excuse any mistake. I think this is the craziest, malicious company I have ever worked for. Working every day is another day of torture, and, more than anything, working for them. While writing this post, I am still wondering if that is a joke. managers have absolutely no issue talking on your colleagues back and insult them in front of you. One day, I had to work late. Hi,

English is not my first language so, please excuse any mistake.

I think this is the craziest, malicious company I have ever worked for.

Working every day is another day of torture, and, more than anything, working for them.

While writing this post, I am still wondering if that is a joke.

  • managers have absolutely no issue talking on your colleagues back and insult them in front of you. One day, I had to work late. A manager of one team had a call NEXT TO ME saying she wanted to fire X and find a way so X would not sue them. She was making a plan on how to fuck her up.

We DO have meeting rooms if you are wondering.

  • I went to see the HR cause the work I was doing was way beyond what I signed for. I asked the salary I deserved. He looked at me DEAD in the eyes and said “I do more than my job description. I deserve a better salary. You don't see me going to my boss asking for more”. Explained how he is underpaid.

I just replied politely that it's not because he doesn't have the balls to do it that I should accept my situation. I will not go into the gaslight, the disguised insult (maybe you cannot do your tasks because you aren't good enough). I have defended my case and got the salary I deserve.

  • We all received a mail which was confidential and NOT to be shared with the team. The email gives tips on how we should make people leave on their own or, force them to. How to trick them into leaving, gaslight them… Last case, fire them. I am not stupid, this is not a charity.

But the “guys this is GREAT! WE HAVE FIRED PEOPLE/MADE PEOPLE LEAVE AND SAVED XXX $$ KEEP GOING YEEHA!!!” Was maybe a bit too much.

After that, the HR made a call saying the email was obviously not aimed to us. And, hear me out:

They fire people for their well being. They could see in some people's eyes how they weren't enjoying their job anymore and they couldn't let leave them in that situation.

I am actively seeking for another job and I am ok to earn less than what I have here.
