I'm resigning effective immediately. I drew up the paper, was prepared to hand it in first thing.
Boss is “super busy” in meetings with the ceo. I told the team lead instead since boss was so busy.
Team lead asked me to stick around and give it to the boss, but that was two hours ago. I've been scrolling reddit since doing nothing.
I'm about ready to just drop the letter under the boss door and walk.
I know legally I can walk out the door now, but I'm trying to be professional. How long would you wait?
