Just casual racism and unprofessional attitude faced in interview

For context I currently work in an American MNC in India. I am an Indian. I interviewed for a Malaysian organisation also operating in India but on a much smaller scale. Had a virtual interview with a Malaysian scientist today where the first thing he said was how different I looked than the photo in the Resume. He literally picked up my resume and was showing my photo to me through webcam. It's a recent photo, just that I am wearing a blazer in the photo while I was wearing a shirt in the interview. He literally picked up my resume and was showing my photo to me through webcam. It's a recent photo, just that I am wearing a blazer in the photo while I was wearing a shirt in the interview. I got really upset.

Then proceed to poke me about a technical question which I thought contained confidential information of my existing organisation so I gave him broad answer without going into technicality. Also mentioned that I'm not sure if I am allowed to disclose it as it maybe confidential information. He proceeded to label me as not having experience on that project but didn't directly say I was bluffing or lying

Then their Indian Team HR joined and among other questions asked me my marital status. On telling I am single, he replied ” don't worry will find a malayali(person hailing from the state of Kerala in India) girl for you and they all proceeded to have a laugh. To this the Malaysia guy chipped in “No, we will find a Malay girl for you”.
I couldn't help but smile in front of them but felt like dying inside because God forbid you can't be single because of your choice. Your ultimate goal is to get married if you are born.

Am I taking this the wrong way, just wanted to check with my others.
