How best to give notice to a shit job?

Edit:I unfortunately do HAVE to give notice because my current supervisor can delay my ability to start my new position as my new supervisor will need him to approve reqs for my equipment and such. Also he could probably get the offer rescinded if I didn't give notice….which I really am trying to avoid as I am actually excited for this new position. ————————— I am transferring internally otherwise I'd just stop showing up….or show up but when I clock out for lunch just never clock back in again but alas I cannot. So if y'all could, I need help coming up with the snarkiest YET polite way of putting my notice in. My job is severely understaffed…yet won't hire more people at a decent wage (hence why we remain understaffed), basically told me I was too disabled for a promotion despite the limitations I have not affecting the job…

My job is severely understaffed…yet won't hire more people at a decent wage (hence why we remain understaffed), basically told me I was too disabled for a promotion despite the limitations I have not affecting the job responsibilities (don't worry EEOC case is in the works), ignores STATE AND FEDERAL compliance issues, and honestly gives fuck-all about employee mental and physical health so long as we can still come to work. Heck I was out of work for a month due to needing an emergent surgery and a complication that arose from the surgery and the only THREE texts I got from anyone at my job was a thumbs up when I told my manager I was being admitted, a text three days later asking when I'd be back to work, and then two days after that another text asking about return to work date. Another employee had a death in her immediate family and took LOA to deal with it, and my manager and some of my other coworkers were upset at her because “why do you need a whole week off just for a death?”. Like this is the type of shit I deal with and I want to piss my manager off as much as possible.
