I (f29) have a salary review with my direct super visor (m40) and the CEO of the company (m50s) this week

I have worked at this small company for over 3 years. I started with minimal experience at an almost half-decent wage for my area. I am now obviously more proficient at my job, and received a small promotion one year in with the promise of a pay increase that was later rescinded due to it “not being in the budget”. Now over three years in, I manage a Saturday shift entirely independently to meet the higher production demands, and I regularly fill in gaps in other departments where I have prior experience. Still making the same wage that does not go as far as it did three years ago. I emailed my direct supervisor and his direct supervisor, the CEO (as I said, it's a small company) asking for a cost of living adjustment and a raise based on merit. They have scheduled a meeting for the three of us in 2 days. I am acutely aware of the unbalanced power dynamic as I am a woman that is younger than them and in a subordinate role. The CEO is absolutely someone to take advantage of this and my direct supe is a simp that will do whatever CEO says. Any advice for how to not let them mansplain me out of getting paid my value? I have a lowest acceptable offer that I want to stick to. I have no hesitation to quit if needed as I have a second job that can give me more shifts.
