I am employed i. A health care job as a PA in the US where it is customary to give 3 months notice. I have signed a contract stating this. However, I am afraid if I give my notice, I will be let go. It takes 2-3 months to be credentialed to work in my profession. What could happen if I just give them 2 weeks? Can I be sued for patient abandonment?
