My boss puts out a schedule about a month in advance, occasionally makes some changes but nothing has ever changed drastically without him saying something. On Friday, he changed my week by adding another shift on a day I was off for this week. He didn't say anything but just sent the new schedule out. Today I told him it's unfair to change my schedule without talking to me especially 4 days in advance. He had the audacity to say that normally I say what I'm doing or if I'm planning a trip, so he didn't think I cared. I told him what I do on my scheduled days off are not his problem and he needs to talk to me beforehand if it's within 2 weeks. He looked shocked.
This was after I flat out refused to download any app from my work on my phone. I don't need it. There is zero reason for me to need it. I told him as much, and refused to download it unless they compensated me for my phone becoming business or providing me a work phone. He seemed taken aback by my refusal. I don't even have my work email linked.
I hate all of this.
