A grocery store in my area is trying to ice out a long time employee because they have cancer and don’t really GAF about this kind, hard working deli worker – they actually sent someone from outside the company to lie about his job performance to a customer and then have that get reported back to the general manager of the grocery store.. the deli worker told me they had him in tears as he’d worked there for years and actually believed they cared about him!
