Never, ever disagree with management because they will find a way to punish you. I started working for TeamHealth in October 2023 and was terminated today. Will lose my health insurance at the end of the month. No verbal warning, no meeting with supervisor, nothing. Just a phone call. Will file for unemployment and am networking as I type this, but just feeling so frustrated right now.
