I am an SCA employee who was being grossly underpaid both federally according to the wage and labor determination for my county, as well as the appropriate Health and Wellness amount. My company refused to remedy the situation, and claimed they had never even heard of a Wage and Labor determination. This is a Government Contractor, so that is BULLSHIT. Unfortunately for them I started my ADHD medication the same time I uncovered all of this.

I reported their asses. It went national. They have until the 30th of this month to pay me/ every single one of their employees across the country, from the past 3 years. Turns out they had bigger problems going on behind the scenes that had been stumbled upon by the Investigator. Believe it or not they were not paying Overtime!! Gasps in surprise
This company JUST settled a class action lawsuit in California for basically the same thing. I read the court documents and went back through my checks and noticed the same shit. I doubt they have the money to pay us, and I never even have supplies anymore to do my job/function.
What are my next steps if they do not send me that WH-58 form and follow compliance? They agreed to full compliance and back pay by the 08/30/2024. I just want this all to be over with. I have a myriad of health conditions. Inappropriate Sinus tachycardia, etc, that require me to stay “Chill.” I lost 50 lbs from stress over 4 months due to this horrible evil company. I no longer have a psychiatrist due to living in such a rural area so until they find a new Director for the program, I am SOL. I am basically at my wits end.
TLDR; What the heck do I do if the company does not follow compliance? Will the DOL sue them for the backwages, or do I start a class action lawsuit for NYS? I am just so tired.
