I was offered the opportunity to work on different projects and be trained to work on them. I have a mentor (another coworker). She has been following my steps throughout the projects. This is cross-team work, so I am
unfamiliar with her team's rules. I left for PTO and left her to follow my projects, meaning she is familiar with all my work since she is my mentor. She made a whole drama because I haven’t left her SUMMARY of what she needs to do while I am out. She is guilt tripping me on my pto. It’s getting on my nerves, and I told her I would do all the work on pto because I can't stand her pressuring me for my “mistake.” Okay – I learned a lesson; please leave me alone, woman. Why is she bragging that I made a whole mess and she needed to fix it? Arghhh just ranting here
