So i got accepted for a hardware engineering position and together with a lady from HR i was progressing with crucial documents before starting my job (starting from 1.10) and today one team member i guess its senior lead of the team contacted me on linkedin asking for my whatsapp. Is this a red flag or just kinda insecure behavior on his side?
