I can’t go back into this office. I have never been treated in any setting the way that I am treated at this job. I’m not even allowed to speak to my coworkers for fear of wasting time. All the while the owner of the company sits in his chair and shares youtube videos with my boss who, if she sees me check the time on my phone will threaten to fire me.
It has become a hostile and toxic environment over the past two weeks. My mental health is at an all time low.
The worst part is that the company is a scam too. I don’t even believe in what we do as a business. I can’t keep working here. I don’t want to walk in tomorrow.
