How are people finding good jobs?

Whenever I'm reading some posts on Reddit, people mention I applied over 100 jobs but I still don't have a job or interview lined up. Sometimes all I get is ghosting. Some people have ton of experience and qualifications but still get rejected. Do people find jobs because they lie on the resume, network on LinkedIn or in person? Add some skills or certification.
