Executive sent this typical long ridiculous email how the business isn't doing good and we all need to be onsite for better collaboration or something like that. Couldn't even do it to our faces, had to hide behind some email.
I love how some idiot in the C suite thinks he knows how the teams operate better than the teams themselves and is now gonna cause the company to bleed its best talent, because those workers WILL NOT struggle to find a better paying employer (theres dozens of companies in this industry, shit theres a few down the street).
Just so ridiculous that one person in a company can make a dictactorial decree like that and uproot everyones lives.
Yes I would love to strike and unionize but I live in a very individualistic area where most people are only looking out for themselves and couldn't organize if they're lives depended on it. I just started job applying before they even announced it so I'm trying to get out of here ASAP.
