I am a hybrid on our management team. Meaning I work management shifts but I also work regular floor staff shifts. My boss had me coming in to process cash drawers and provide new ones whenever needed regardless of funds on hand. Her weekend is Saturday/Sunday. I decided to stand up for myself. Pictured is her request for me to provide data before she gets off work (5pm) when I already am scheduled to work a floor shift from 10-4 the same day, I am not managing on this day. I don’t have the data to provide until I have the data processed.
Also our GM, white, does nothing so that’s where the general manager generally managing comment comes in.
