Well. not today, but my manager told me recently that she would schedule me for extra shifts if I wanted but would not be paid overtime.
She said she would not fault me for not doing it, but because it is the law she wanted to make sure I was okay with it.
I make a small (less than $100) commission check per month and $12.50/hr.
Is that illegal? I only ask in case of a discrepancy or loophole regarding the commission pay. Im in NM
