How much would you need to make to take this commute twice a day, 5 days a week?

This is my commute, averaging 1:10-1:20 daily, with some 1:40’s in there. Currently making $32.20/hour, no health insurance/benefits. Job can 100% be done remote, but boss doesn’t believe in it. Gas is not covered, commute hours are not paid for. Gets harder to stay with every commute, but the job market isn’t so hot right now.
