Company using my tips to pay the bills?

Hey guys, I need advice. I’m a server at a restaurant in Georgia. Tipped wage here is $2.13 hourly. My company, which owns several restaurant concepts in the state but is not a super large corporation, uses this system that everyone hates called Wisely at tip out. In our tip break down, you can see there is 2-3% of tips taken out for the “Merchant”, which I am told is used to pay for the system. It’s not much, but it comes out to like $80 a month that I’m paying for some BS program I don’t even like(it’s a finicky one that even our GM and assistant management hate because it’s really hard to fix tip mistakes). I’m attaching a picture of one of my checkouts on a good night for tips with the tip-out circled and the “Merchant” charge highlighted. Is this legal? Should I report this to…

Is this legal? Should I report this to the labor board? Let me know your thoughts.
