You all may remember me from last year with the psycho boss who couldn't spell “courier” and gave me a write up so vague I had to ask what he was referring to… Well, I'm back.
I'm still at this shitty job and have been in a hostile work environment dealing with his harassment for over 10 months. After getting dicked around by HR and management for the last 3 months, I finally filed a charge against my employer with the NLRB for hostile work environment and workplace harassment on 8/30/24. Today I received notification that the NLRB accepted my case and they are waiting for more information on the situation.
I'm in the process of hiring an employment lawyer, but I'm waiting to see if there's any possibility of free representation through the NLRB, especially if this goes to trial.
Either way, this is some of the best news, hands down, I've gotten in months.
