Time Clock Rounding

My employer uses a system of rounding when dealing with time cards. They round every 15 minutes so if I clock in at 5:53 for a 6:00 shift I’m only paid as of 6:00. Also if I arrive at 5:51 and they change my time card to 5:53 i’m losing out on a quarter hour every day. That adds up over time. Is there anything I can do about it?
Thanks guys!
