3% “health charge”? Like… covering for the employees' healthcare?
I think restaurants should provide healthcare for their employees, but why a healthcare charge? You already charge high prices ($30+ per dish) that people are willing to pay.. just make your food 3% more expensive than it currently is.
Or maybe they're trying to make the customer aware of it to appeal to them? I'm not sure…but it did give me a weird feeling and I thought twice about making a reservation.
