Urg. Just a vent I guess. We finally, finally got an amazing manager who was active and involved and was helping us get some projects going… And she's gone. After 5 months. Fantastic. Back to self rule with no organization but still with objectives and deadlines. Another manager coming in knowing nothing forcing stuff around that makes no sense. Oh well. I do the best I can with what I've got.
