Mental health impact on work/life happiness

Not to be antithetical; does it seem that the majority of anti-workers that are unable to cope with just having to work, are seemingly all diagnosed (self or medically) with a condition? I'm not one to advocate for corporations or unfair working practices but I struggle to understand the almost extreme difficulty some seem to have with just working; with reasonable accommodations and expectations. There are plenty of jobs that I've held, including many mentioned here by others that were not great but also didn't affect me any more than knowing they weren't worthwhile for a long term. What am I missing here?
