I've made a move over the last few years into a more senior management position.
What's been most surprising to me, is how many people at that level tend to think the whole company or work thing is total bullshit
I always thought this was where those rare people who seem to live the company dream would end up. Normally though, the upper levels are filled with people who think it's all a bit shit, but push to make it work anyway and they get paid too much to do something else.
Is this just where I am or do other people see thus too?
