My boss who owns her business told me she couldn’t budget me in for full time work on the schedule while wearing a Rolex. That watch costs more than I make a year.

Literally here just to complain. I actually like my job and want the opportunity to work more. She just hired someone on salary while I’ve been working part time for a year at $23 an hour. Performance reviews have been great. She just doesn’t like my aesthetic. (I work at a med spa)
