Might get an offer for a new job, but they want references. I, don’t have references.

I work as a systems analyst, and I don't typically socialize with my coworkers. We're friends in the office and I might grad a beer with one of them on a very rare occasion. But once I leave, I no longer talk to them. I think in my career since leaving college 12 years ago,I have 1 co worker where I remained friends with – were both not very social unless in our own small social groups. Should I tell them I don't have references? They want 2 supervisors and 1 peer. The job sounds sort of better, has a lot more growth potential than my current one, but I won't lose any sleep not getting the job if they have to have the references for an offer. Any suggestions?
