Boss scheduling me outside of availability

Hi everyone, posting to get some advice on this. I’m a college student who was hired at a local restaurant as a dishwasher during the summer. When I first started there I told the owner that when I began school, I’d like to stick to just working the weekends. (Just trying to make some money for gas insurance etc) and need to focus on school. She agreed that it would be perfectly fine and we could work that out. Fast forward to now, I’m in school.

She’s already had me on the schedule during the week twice and I pointed it out. She said she would have someone cover it and I could have the weekend. The next week after she asked me to come in Friday to which I said no to as we agreed I only worked weekends during school.

She then said she’s had someone working all week to cover me and he needs time off, kind of making me feel like it was my fault. But she didn’t plan ahead and we’re so understaffed that only one employee can work the days I’m not there?

The last dishwasher before me said she struggled to keep employees and I really don’t know what to do. Told her no I can’t come in today (Friday) and she still hasn’t replied. We agreed on this at the start and I reminded her during the summer that I would be starting school soon.
