Can somebody explain to me why fucking jobs that pay shit salary have a right to say you can't do this after work. In this case smoking weed. You bitch it's legal in my fucking country, police officers can smoke it without losing their jobs after work. There is no real numbers on marijuanna work related accidents just some bullshit statistic probably made up in the 60s. For fuck sakes I know the laws, Don't come in to work stoned, don'T bring any at work and just use it after work so whats the big fucking deal? I'm not a professional paid millions of dollars a year. Just some stupid middle class guy that just wants to work but find a job and there's a drug test for marijuanna. For fuck sakes I could be a damn crack head, coke head, alcoholic and easily pass the test since those don't stay long in your system but since I smoke to help me with my chronic back pain and to sleep I'm a fucking criminal? OH no thats right I should be drugged off my gourge on pain killers and sleeping pills yeah that makes more sense. Take pills that I can't wake up when using them I could sleep 16h straight or be high off my rocker on pain killers but thats okay since its a drug made by pharmaceutics. Oh yeah did I mention for that particular job that I've done before for another company there was no such testing? So why? It's the same fucking job. Or you know I could just work for one of their contractors doing the same fucking thing but no test? What the hell is this bullshit? IT'S just stupid and I do it only when I'm off work so why do you assholes in corporate offices that never actually done any of the physical work of your company decide this bullshit. You stupid brainless fucks of corporate evil cock sucking bitches. And the worst part at interview no mention of drug test and in their add also. No one bothered to fucking tell me this. Wasted a month of that fucking job because their own fucking people are clueless. And just felt like wasting my time. 3 fucking weeks wasted because some people don't even know their own fucking policies? I interviewed on a friday, they called me back the next tuesday saying they want me but have to wait for HR to call me, which took fucking 2 weeks then again no mention of drug tests or anything. Then I get an email saying: Oh yeah forgot to send you this because it got in my junk email ( yeah right bitch, the email of your drug testing clinic goes straight to junk mail…) SO I got like 20 hours heads up before a drug test which was never mentionned before and if they did I would have just told them straight up I smoke weed on my off hours. You stupid fucking HR person you are the worst evil the corporate evil lords have made up. Is there actually anybody in HR that actually does a great job? You stupid fucks. Takes 2 weeks to make a phone call. You bitch HR whats your fucking jobs except to find ways to screw employees? Any way rant over
