Slowly getting replaced at work.

I work as a buffet server at this hotel. New manager came in and brought new employees. I am working with a new employee who snaps and def does some kind of drug abuse. Not sure if the new manager brought her in but she all sweet talks to managers and guests but not to other coworkers. I had to train her and she would tell me she knows what she is doing because she used to own a food truck and would get mad at me. Not sure if the new manager brought her in but she all sweet talks to managers and guests but not to other coworkers. I had to train her and she would tell me she knows what she is doing because she used to own a food truck and would get mad at me.

She ended up playing the victim reporting me to HR that I talk to male coworkers about her at work and feels uncomfortable. How I'm trying to hook her up. She is like 55 and sadly the new manager sided with her story since she was crying and was acting frustrated. I ended up getting a write up.

Meanwhile the other manager seems to like her because the new worker praises on her looks. She is the type of person to report coworkers for whatever work they didn't finish. Yesterday she told me how she made a list of complaints about things the night shift is not doing and forwarded it to HR. She gives her shifts where she will make good tips and even some extra hours and yet the manager schedules me constantly with other people where I have to pool and I don't make much money anymore.

How to deal with this?
